Information request relating to the Country Hall site in Liège
This information request is placed within the framework of preliminary analyzes conducted by inter-municipal Ecetia, on behalf of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (FWB), relative to the future of infrastructure in the Bois Saint-Jean Domaine located at 4031 Angleur, allée du bowl of air, more commonly known as the Country Hall of Liège. The DIA aims (1) to test the market interest in the site, (2) to determine the type of project that could be developed there and under what conditions, (3) to check the expectations of the market, in the event Competition of such projects, and the ability of said market to respond to them, ... all with a view to helping the FWB to determine the assignment it intends to attribute to it and the type of procedure it intends to launch ( Sale, management of management, real right to confer, ...).
