- The Overpoortbuurt is the student entertainment area par excellence. The mass of visitors increases the risk of nuisance problems such as noise, urination, waste, verbal and physical aggression, (sexual) inappropriate behavior, etc., often facilitated by excessive alcohol consumption and drug use. The assignment includes: Info coaches must create a positive atmosphere and help keep nightlife nuisance and problems within limits with a personal approach tailored to the needs of the goers. They must inform visitors about the applicable safety, quality of life and health measures and motivate them to do so to behave 'good' and take care of each other, themselves and the environment. They are in close contact with emergency services and provide targeted and timely referrals if necessary. Info coaches do not perform monitoring activities.
