Work market whose purpose is to improve rue des Charbonnages in Châtelineau. The work is carried out on a type IIIA network. The attention of the entrepreneur is drawn to the fact that he agrees with work in municipal roads. The market provides for a phasing in the organization of the site, for good traffic management (see article 79). The tenderer remains free, however, of the way in which the site is organized, the phases can be carried out in the order he wishes and only the overall period is to be respected.
