This special specifications for the framework agreement for the implementation of training for SWDE staff and water operators in two main categories: • Digital maturity: initiation training for digital culture, to use toolsdigital, data quality and general understanding of the digital relationship. • Office: training on the Office suite and collaborative tools, ranging from initiation to advanced levels, as well as training on new tools such as Teams, Loop, Power Automate, etc.The training can be provided in face -to -face, remotely, or in hybrid format. However, theAdministrative management, monitoring and invoicing of these training courses will be provided by the SWDE as part of this market. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single contractor. During the period of the framework agreement, the contractor and the contracting authority conclude subsequent marketsWith the attribute of the framework agreement.
