Implementation of the system for evaluating impact on the environment of the modification of the river bond with large seine-escaut template in Wallonia
The objective of this market is: 1. to develop and write a report on environmental impact of the SEW Plan as provided by article D.56 of Book I of the Environment Code; 2. to develop and write a popular document presenting the SEW plan; 3. to develop a preorelies of the Environmental Incidences of the SEW Plan on French territory and to consult with the environmental authority of the General Commission for Sustainable Development of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition4. to organize the public inquiry and the consultations provided for in article D.57 of Book I of the environment code and to establish a report; 5. to provide a public communication means giving regular information on the progress of the study; 6. To write a note taking up the follow -up measures retained by the SPW MI in accordance with article D.59 paragraph 2 of book I of the environment code; 7. to develop and write the environmental declaration as provided for in article D ....
