In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU, EURATOM) n 1046/2018 of the European Parliament and the Council of July 18, 2018 relating to the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Parliament has decided to launch this call for tenders in order to conclude aFramework contract in order to set up a service aimed at measuring, monitoring and postponing customer satisfaction, namely deputies, employees and personnel administration, on three sites (Brussels, Strasbourg and Luxembourg).
