- This framework agreement concerns the implementation and provision of outplacement services
in French language for workers in the socio-cultural and sports sector of the French and German-speaking Communities
(Joint Commission 329.02 - ONSS index 362) which is (4 possible categories) :
1. Category 1 - Have been made redundant and have more than 30 weeks' notice served regardless of their age (general outplacement regime)
2. Category 2 - Have been made redundant and have more than 30 weeks of severance pay regardless of their age (general outplacement regime)
3. Category 3 - Have beendismissed and are at least 45 years old at the time of their dismissal (special regime)
4. Category 4 - Have been subject to termination of their contract due to medical force majeure (3rd outplacement regime).
