Description:
This contract consists of the supply of a payment solution for paid parking spaces on the street via the telephone network (SMS) and/or the Internet network (mobile application and website).
The contract is divided into lots as follows :
- Lot 1 "Payment via the telephone network(sms)"
- Lot 2 "Payment via the internet network (mobile application - website)"
Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots.
Also included in this contract:
- the provision of a specific interface in order to access the database constituteded by the encodings of the users of the services offered, it being understood that this database must be compatible with our current management system for paid parking on the streets, namely the Q2C software;
- the promotion of the services made available (communication actions of the seDelivery service, documents...(see contract documents)
