Implementation of the environmental impact assessment system, including taking into account climatic issues, modification of the river link to Grand Gabarit Seine - Escaut in Wallonia
The objective of this market is: 1. to develop and write a report on environmental impact of the SEW Plan as provided by article D.56 of Book I of the Environment Code; 2. to develop and write a popular document presenting the SEW plan; 3. to develop a preorenase of the Environmental Incidences of the SEW Plan on French territory and to consult with the environmental authority of the General Commission for Sustainable Development of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition; 4. to organize the public inquiry and the consultations provided for in article D.57 of book I of the environment code and to establish a report; 5. to provide a public communication means giving regular information on the progress of the study; 6.
