The PBA wishes to offer an “digital and personal” integrated modern experience to better serve its current audience and to attract new visitors. At the end, the PBA has recently completed the development of its new website, now offering a new platform From robust, scalable and interoperable digital experience with content management, e-commerce and online marketing features, intended to generate an increase in online ticket sales, improve the conviviality of the command flow and Reduce the number of telephone calls made to the assistance service. The next step aims to deepen the PBA relationship with its customers and visitors by improving knowledge of audiences, segmentation, automation and monitoring of the cycle customers' life. This step requires enrich the ecosystem with a CDP (Customer Data Platform), to provide support for the PBA and the replacement of the current email campaign management tool with a new Automation marketing solution to offer its Audience a more coherent omnichannel communication ...
