- GO! conducted a market survey in 2022 that provided important insights. The current financial solution needs to be updated and the market offers solutions that are functionally richer. This gave rise to the desire to implement streamlining of processes. sets three leidentical principles first:
• One financial system for the GO!, i.e. all 27 accounting entities carry out their financial management in the same application.
• The financial processes are maximally integrated into the financial system. Permanent interfaces with peripheral applications are only allowedexist and automated for financial processes that are not supported by the financial system.
• No customization, but use the standard processes from the standard solution and an equal design for all 27 accounting entities.
The objectives of GO! At theimplementing/deploying the application for financial management are:
• Financial policy-making capacity of GO! increase
• Achieve productivity gains, both financially and personnel-wise
• Streamline, harmonize and standardize financial processes through alignment on the presencesome standard core processes in the application and not vice versa
• Unification of business processes and improving their efficiency
