• Klief is a rehabilitation hospital in Ostend, Belgium, which, due to a phasing out of the existing Obasi software package, is tendering the government contract for the implementation and support of a replacement software package. At this point Obasi used for the following organizational processes: •Logistics and inventory management; •Accounting and financial administration; •Purchase management; •Patient management (admission, admission, discharge, planning); •Invoicing (VSB, health insurance fund, patients, third party payer); •Pharmacy management (incl. Recip-e, link to eHealth platform); •Optional in scope: BI and reporting, integrations with lab and radiology. At the same time, we also have an implementation process underway for a new EPD (KWS, NexuzHealth) that us replaces existing EPD (Oxygen, CompuGroup). Given the phasing out of Obasi on the one hand and the implementation of KWS on the other, it is a strict condition that the implementation of the new replacement software module(s) is done in close coordination with all stakeholders and can be started and completed within the shortest possible time. The contracting authority expects that the new hospital information system will go live by 2028 at the latest. The implementation of the will start in January 2027 new software module(s) so that the implementation itself is carried out in a timely, qualitative, complete and correct manner according to the industry standard.
