The City of Mechelen wants to offer its citizens as quickly and as well as possible support with questions. The 1st line is very important here. The objective is to answer 80% of the questions in 1st line, both by telephone and at the reception. To do this, we wish to set up a knowledge portal for theInternal employees of all existing products (internal and external) of the city and the Social House.
In the first instance, this application is used by the following teams:
