Description:
In its offer, the contractor offers a master data management tool that meets BNB's functional and technical needs in basic data management and reference. At the start of the mission, the contractor is responsible for the functional implementation and the configuration of the tool. The contractor is responsible for supplying the tool with the necessary data and the functional integration of the tool in the Landscape of BNB applications/services. Once the project is delivered, the contractor is also responsible for managing the software life cycle, the management of third -line incidents and the implementation of requests for change and service on the request of the BNB. The contractor is not responsible for the delivery or management of licenses, this task being provided by the cloud service provider of the BNB.
