Description:
The assignment consists of carrying out maintenance, assistance, interventions and repairs under the direction of the individual HVAC installations and the limited total warranty for the collective central heating installations in the Patrimonium Woontrots.
The order also provides for separate plots for replacing individual boilers
On the other hand in 3 different zones; namely North, Center, South.
The tenderer may choose which plots he tenders for, this can be 1 or more all plots are.
Woontrots currently owns and manages more than 3,500 affordable rental housing units in 17 municipalities (13 after 2028).
Woontrots BV is a housing company active in the region between Leuven and Brussels and between Leuven and Mechelen, especially the west of Eastern Flemish Brabant.

N: North: Keerbergen, Haacht, (Begijnendijk), (Tremelo), Herent, Boortmeerbeek
M: Middle: Kraainem, Wezembeek-Oppem, Zaventem, Kortenberg, Bertem
