- VRT's own productions appear on the screen every day; part of the production chain is achieved through the efforts of facility staff. In addition to VRT's own staff, VRT to call on the external market for all these assignments in terms of facility employees to complete. VRT wishes to arrive at a ranking with this file (based on the proposed award criteria) of suitable partners with whom they can ensure continuity in the field of external facility staff (light operations) can guarantee. These employees will be used on VRT lighting equipment. VRT will always first ask the request for capacity to the first in the ranking; if this is not sufficient, with relevant experience in external facilities employees can deliver, then the question can be asked to the second in the ranking; until we have been able to meet the need externally. If the first in the ranking cannot offer all profiles per production, VRT has the right to do so to propose a full package of profiles to the second in line. This need can be generic or determined by name based on certain expertise. The tenderers can offer with only their own staff, only freelancers or a combination of both.
