Building footprint =± 640 m2 / R+5 Partial dewaterproofing/renaturation of the parking lot located on the plot along rue du Biez, with the removal of 14 existing parking spaces Development of surrounding areas direct Specifications of the construction: geothermal heating, wooden structure and floors, prefabricated wooden frame box walls, wooden cladding.
