- This assignment concerns the conclusion of an agreement with one contractor for the supply, implementation, support and innovation of HDR brachytherapy systems and associated consumables within the radiotherapy departments of the contracting authority.
The contract is awarded via a competition procedure with negotiation, in which the contracting authority strives for an optimal combination of quality, safety, innovation and cost efficiency.
Scope of the assignment
Hardware and software
Supply of HDR brachytherapy systems (including applicators and accessories)
Integration with existing hospital information systems (e.g. EPD, PACS)
Software for planning, dosimetry, quality control and reporting
Cybersecurity-compliant configuration
Usable materials
All necessary consumables and applicators for HDR brachytherapy
Delivery according to agreed conditions during the term of the agreement
Maintenance and support
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Software updates and upgrades
Helpdesk and technical support (24/7 where necessary)
Training and guidance
Training for radiotherapists, nurses and physicists
Technical training courses services (biomedical, ICT)
Documentation and e-learning modules
Innovation and evolution
Possibility to add new technologies and applications during the term of the agreement, if relevant to HDR brachytherapy
