- The object of the contract is the provision of services relating to the development, support, technical and functional assistance in the implementation of the implementing regulation (EU) 2023/138 on high value data sets at the level of the Service's InfraSIG data infrastructurepublic of Wallonia. Description of the services to be performed: The contract relates to a mission of development, support, technical and functional assistance vis-a-vis the SPW data which are part of the HVD data sets, in order to ensure compliance with the characteristics required of these datadata (data model, key attributes, granularity, update frequency, dissemination formats, etc.) and associated metadata in accordance with the regulations. It is also dedicated to the technical assistance necessary for the implementation of APIs and bulk download services in accordance with modapublication requirements required by the HVD Regulation according to the existing level of the SPW's InfraSIG infrastructure.
