- Surveillance and guarding services included in Article 3 1, 2, 4, 7 and 13 of the law regulating private and particular security of October 2, 2017 (cited law of October 2, 2017 below) in Belgium, the Implementation Orders and other legal and regulatory texts in arising.
In accordance with article 16 of the law of October 2, 2017, the successful bidder undertakes to have authorization from the Minister of the Interior to provide these services in the categories mentioned for the entire duration of the contract.
It thus aims to provide services divided into three categories: basic services in the form of rounds and the presence of static agents, intervention services and additional services on behalf of ULIEGE:
-Basic services: services to be performed on a regular basis and including daytime rounds and nighttime surveillance of buildings, surrounding areas and car parks; rounds of opening, closing, and/or verification of closure of buildings and parking lots on University sites; static services in the form of surveillance and control of people within the framework of maintaining security in places accessible or not to the public.
-Intervention services: services to be carried out urgently, 24 hours a day, on call from the Central Alarm Station (PCA) of the University (intrusion detection, fire, etc.), the University delegate or his substitutes.
