• Description:
• This group purchase concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor per plot, for a term of 48 months, for the supply of machines on demand, which are either delivered on location or collected. It mainly concerns rolling stock (elevated platforms, wheel loaders, rollers, excavators, garden machines, etc.) as well as hand tools (grinding discs, diamond drills, drills, demolition hammers, etc.), to the authorities spread across the IOK operating area and who are members of the intermunicipal purchasing service of IOK. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority, IOK is on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this.
