Description:
The object of this group purchase is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one entrepreneur, for the preventive detection and control of various types of pests (on a contract basis), requesting on-demand control of various types of pests, for a period of 48 months, to the boards spread across the IOK operating area and who are members of the IOK intermunicipal purchasing department. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting party government IOK on the basis of these specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this.
