Description:
Group purchase framework agreement for renting and purchasing water coolers.
This group purchase concerns a framework agreement for the appointment of one contractor per plot, for a term of 48 months, for providing (purchase or rent, including maintenance contract and technical assistance) of various water coolers and related supplies. It concerns a non-exclusive framework agreement without Only purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and closing of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of the present cutlery, the aforementioned boards are free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot demand compensation for this. Maximum size of the assignment: the maximum value of the assignment for the entire term set at EUR 4,958,677.68 excl. VAT or EUR 6,000,000.00 incl. BTW. for parcel 1 becomes the maximum value of the assignment (on the entire duration) set at EUR 2 .... (see assignment documents)
