Description:
Group purchase framework agreement hot beverages (delivery, renting, placing and maintaining) with purchase and delivery of consumption products for the term of 60 months to the boards that are members of the intermunicipal purchase service of IOK (see Appendix C). This group purchase concerns itClosing a framework agreement with one contractor for:
- The delivery, installation and maintenance of hot drinking machines for instant coffee, ground coffee and bean coffee with and without a fixed water connection. The machines are rented, including maintenance.
- The purchase and delivery of thevending machines connected consumption products.
All the devices set by rent or loan are connected to a maintenance contract with an equally long duration as the framework agreement.
The maximum end duration of all individual rental and maintenance contracts, regardless of their start date, ends by purchasing,At the latest on the end date of the framework contract.
It is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the closure of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of the present cutlery, the aforementioned boards are free tocan be ordered elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot demand compensation for this.
