Description:
This assignment is the object to conclude a framework agreement with one entrepreneur for destroying confidential documents for the term of 48 months, to the boards spread over the scope of IOK and that are members of the intermunicipal purchase service of IOK (see Appendix c).
Consequently, notwithstanding the conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of the present cutlery, the aforementioned boards are free to order elsewhere during the duration of to place the contract or no order. The contractor cannot demand compensation for this.
