Description:
AZ Sint-Maarten wishes to appoint one contractor for green maintenance. This assignment will start on October 15, 2024 and for a period of 4 years 1 year 1 year. The assignment mainly includes simple green maintenance of the domain, for which the contractor provides employment dmust be provided under the category of social employment. Cft Art 15 of the law of 17/06/2016 on public procurement. By this terminology, the client means the employment of persons who have been out of work for a long period of time, are poorly educated and/or have difficulties with employment.quote a function. However, these people do have the attitude of wanting to work. Simple green maintenance includes: lawn maintenance, mechanical weed removal, leaf litter removal, water feature maintenance (artwork) and specifically keeping it free of leaves, maintenance ofsix patios with 3 planters per patio, removing litter, emptying waste bins, cleaning canals (mowing and removing litter on the green zones), maintenance of the green roofs at height, pruning trees and shrubs, maintenance of the roads and the parking zone, emptyingsewer gullies, small repair works... etc. With this assignment, the client also aims for social added value, offering people from disadvantaged groups the opportunity to move on to non-subsidized sustainable permanent employment.
