• The aim of the assignment is to ensure the accessibility and safety of road users along the regional and motorways and their appurtenances in the province of East Flanders by carrying out maintenance and repair work on the existing green heritage and the implementation of periodic cleanliness maintenance. WOV/OND/D411/2026/1 - 1 The works mainly include: • carrying out management and maintenance work on the existing grass verges and plants (mowing verges, shearing hedges, maintenance of planting areas, etc.); • pruning and felling line trees along the regional roads; • limited (re)planting works and the maintenance of these plantings during the guarantee period; • picking up and removing litter; • carrying out cleanliness maintenance work on the surfaces of roads and cycle paths (sweeping surfaces, cleaning traffic islands and elevated paved structures); • cleaning street gullies, aqua drains and research wells; • It emptying waste bins; • periodically cleaning rest area furniture and waste bins; • clearing ditches; • profiling verges by excavating; • repairing damage to green heritage (after accidents) and related matters cleanliness maintenance (illicit dumping, etc.); • carrying out management works (e.g. after storm damage, etc.) insofar as these works cannot be reimbursed according to the other items in the statement and are not a contract burden; • ...
