This assignment relates to the following works: Green construction - Reconstruction of the Scheldt quays Pilotage phase 1 (SKLW) The assignment includes the following works that must be carried out: Inspection of the works of the contractor who is realizing the reconstruction of the quay plain and Orteliuskaai (gray share); Delivery of the planting material according to the order documents; Planting provided according to the assignment documents; Maintenance of the plantations for 2 years (after provisional acceptance), according to the contract documents. The project does not include, but does have similarities with: Reconstruction of the quay plain and Orteliuskaai (gray share): paved areas, soil structure of urban greenery, street furniture, etc.; Reconstruction of quay area and raising of flood defense wall (fixed and mobile); Realization of the Names Monument. Given the interfaces with the elements of the gray share, due attention must be paid to the construction of the share of gray. This is further described in the assignment documents. For the location, please refer to the plans appended to these specifications.
