• The aim of the assignment is to ensure the accessibility and safety of road users along the motorway and the service roads of the E34 and its appurtenances in the province of East Flanders by carrying out maintenance and repair work on the existing green heritage and the implementation of periodic cleanliness maintenance. WOV/OND/D411/2025/2 - 1 The works mainly include: • carrying out management and maintenance work on the existing grass verges and planting (mowing roadsides, shearing hedges, maintenance of planting areas, etc.); • pruning and felling line trees along the service roads; • picking up and removing litter; • carrying out cleanliness maintenance work on the pavements of roads and cycle paths (sweeping pavements, cleaning traffic islands and elevated paved areas); • cleaning street gullies, aqua drains and research wells; • periodically cleaning rest area furniture and waste bins; • culling locks; • profiling verges by excavating; • repairing damage to the green heritage (after accidents) and regarding cleanliness maintenance (illicit dumping, etc.); • carrying out management works (e.g. after storm damage, etc.) insofar as these work cannot be reimbursed according to the other items in the inventory and are not a contract burden; • installing, maintaining and removing all regulatory site signaling that is necessary for the implementation of all...
