The purpose of the concession is the implementation of a payment system by mobile application of paid parking spaces in roads in the territory of the municipality of Saint-Josse-Ten-Noode including in particular:-the supply of a specific interface in order to Access the database made up of the encodings of users of the services offered, it being understood that this database must be compatible with our current management parking system in roads, namely Inforius software;- Promotion of services made available (communication actions of the service rendered, informative documents intended for the targeted public, etc.)- the ability to modify areas and prices by zone;- printing and placement of stickers explaining the operation of the system Payment by mobile application on parking meters
