- In the context of its mission of global citizenship education, the Belgian Development Cooperation sees audiovisual productions as a powerful instrument. It provides financial support for audiovisual projects that match its objectives. The purpose of this government contract is to fto provide financial support to audiovisual projects that address development issues (humanitarian and sustainability) that have a link with countries in the Global South, as well as educational and civic value. These audiovisual projects must be intended for the Belgian publicek.
