Description:
The object of this public contract is the conclusion of an insurance contract in the context of the establishment by Hogent of collective additional pension commitment (including drafting the management agreement and the pension regulations) on the basis of the following principles: • for the benefit From the contractual staff members with the salary scales C11 to C22 and D11 to D22 within Hogent, including the School of Arts; • Pension commitment of the type of fixed contributions, in the form of a branch 21 insurance, fully financed by the employer with an annual fixed contribution equal to 4.5% at the start; • When drawing up the budget 2029, an evaluation is provided by Hogent, investigating whether the financial situation allows the annual contribution of 4.5% to increase; • Catch -up contributions are provided for all affiliates up to 1 January 2022; • catch -up contributions for service time up to the age of 55 at Hogent (including the school or doctor) are provided for employees who are 55 years or older; • The management costs of the supplementary pension plan are not deducted from the fixed contributions, nor from The return for the affiliated staff members, but are supported by Hogent the total average annual wage mass of the aforementioned contractual staff members is approximately 5,800,000 euros.
