Description:
The object of the contract is to provide advice and services:
- in the field of proactive IT security of the IT infrastructure, both internally and on the internet for:
• the management of vulnerabilities of the internal and external IT infrastructure, web and mobile applications and connectedot industrial equipment;
•achieve an annual security audit of the IT infrastructure;
•hold at least one security steering committee meeting per quarter;
•analyze logbooks and identify potential security incidents;
•analyze de architecture and security of the Agency's IT network;
•enhancing the security of web applications, mobile applications and the Internet of Things;
- in preparation for certification to the ISMS family of standards (ISO 27001 and following): Information Technologyology - Security Techniques - Information Security Management System - Overview and Vocabulary.
The contractor will also need to implement an internal communication plan for IT security awareness and awareness raising, including testing for phishing, spamming, etc.
The contractThe contractor must provide the Agency with a very widely available Security Operations Center (SOC) team that can respond to security incidents 24/7 by telephone and on site at the Agency's premises, within 90 minutes of the request for intervention.
