- The object of the assignment includes preventive (systematic) maintenance, supplemented with provident (predictive) maintenance that must be carried out during systematic maintenance, as well as curative maintenance on HVAC equipment:
- Preventive maintenance: The purpose of preventive maintenance is to preventreducing the risk of failure or deterioration of an installation or a service provided. The corresponding activities are activated according to a schedule based on a predetermined number of usage units (systematic maintenance); parts and fluids (consumables) are periodically replaced, regardless of their state of deterioration.
- Anticipatory (or 'predictive') maintenance: This type of maintenance is based on an analysis of changes in parameters significant for the deterioration of the installation (e.g. changes in efficiency, oil analysis , etc.), waArdoor interventions can be postponed and planned. Parts are replaced or overhauled and fluids are replaced or topped up after an analysis of their state of deterioration. Then a voluntary decision is made to carry out the necessary replacements or repairs.
- Curative researchmaintenance: This maintenance is carried out after a breakdown:
oRepair: restoration of operation in accordance with the given circumstances;
oDepannage: emergency repair to be followed by a repair.
