Description:
The city of Antwerp wants to set up a new partial bicycle system that can replace the current partial bicycle system in the course of 2027. She wants to retain the partial bike offer under the iconic brand name "VELO" (owned by the city), and this without interruption of a partial bike services For users. The reliability of the system must be minimally retained and, if possible, expanded.
The assignment must be considered as a service agreement, whereby the client will bear the investment costs of the bicycles and stations and the income (for example, subscription fees) will receive. The contractor acts as a service provider.
The contractor delivers and places the relevant infrastructure and bicycles and is responsible for the complete exploitation of the partial bike system understood at least: regulation of Hubs/stations by redistributing bicycles, preventive and curative maintenance and repair of bicycles and stations and customer management. In addition, relocations and temporary or non -temporary roadmaking of the infrastructure are provided in the context of work, among other things, Optimisations of the network and possibly at the end of this assignment if desired by the client.
