- With the Molenkouter care project, OCMW Wichelen strives for an innovative living and care concept with multifunctional living forms (living typologies) and facilities for various vulnerable target groups. In the context of the Molenkouter care project, the following objectives set OCMW WichelenFirst: - create an inclusive and age -independent living offer; - Facilitate a flexible interpretation of the housing units and demand -driven care support; - Strengthening the neighborhood tissue. OCMW Wichelen wishes to realize 54 care apartments in particular (and in a first phase),as well as a day care center (with the possibility of night care) and a local service center. The realization of a parking lot is also provided.
