Description:
in BW wishes to be supported in the development of its project management capabilities by an external Project Management Officer (PMO), for a short-term mission, the subject of this Contract. While waiting for the recruitment of an internal PMO at in BW (recruitment in progress), the external PMO is workingWill work closely with existing teams to define clear and effective procedures that will serve as a solid foundation for this new approach to portfolio and project management. It will notably ensure the centralization of project monitoring in tools and models.s specific, taking advantage of proven methodologies, aiming to execute projects while controlling time, budgetary, human and technological constraints, as well as risks. This global approach has the central objective of considerably improving the success rate of prprojects, increase visibility across the entire project portfolio and ensure strategic coherence. It represents a major milestone in the digital transformation of in BW and will significantly contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
