- Fire Brigade Zone Rand has been using Google Workspace Enterprise Plus (1,100 licenses), Google Cloud Identity Premium (150 licenses) for several years and has also been using FreshService for a year now (6 licenses for the time being, but more will be added in the coming years). The licenses of both run in the firsthalf of December 2023. We wish to extend both Google and FreshService to a 3-year extension. In combination with these licenses, we also wish to be able to purchase support for the two packages. The contracting authority considers at least the answer to be supportn of user questions (via internal or external ICT service of Fire Brigade Zone Rand) and answering administrator questions, and this only during office hours.
