Description:
Framework agreement for the Global Maintenance Service for Low Voltage Electrical Installations in service in the heritage of the CPAS of Brussels. The framework agreement is divided into lots as follows: - lot 1: public heritage (PPU) - Lot 2: Private heritage (PPR)
All buildings in this heritage have various low -voltage electrical installations which require permanent monitoring. Among these installations are: • Low voltage electricity distribution installations (lighting and motor force) located downstream of the low voltage meter; • Lighting installations of rescue; • Audio and videophony facilities; • the supply and control circuits of smoke extraction facilities; • Signaling and sounding facilities; • TV and satellite TV installations; • Lightning installations. For Guarantee a permanent service of these installations and the safety and comfort of the occupants of the buildings they serve, these installations require monitoring which includes their regular control, repair and repair 365 days per year and 24 hours a day and the work necessary for their maintenance in compliance and their adaptation to the conditions of use.
