- Framework agreement for the general maintenance of the installations for access control, burglary detection and video surveillance in the built patrimony of the OCMW of Brussels. These goods include both the sites and buildings managed by the Public Patrimony department and these managed by the department Private patrimony. The general maintenance that falls under this framework agreement includes: • the regular follow -up and control of the proper functioning of the installations involved in accordance with the various regulations, the specifications of the manufacturers of the equipment they consist of and the requirements of these special specifications; • Setting up a battery monitoring program; • the services required to maintain and bring these installations in accordance; • 365 days a year problem solving and repairs in case of malfunctions or problems; • Technical assistance to the technical teams of the OCMW and to external firms that are responsible for the control of the equipment connected to these different installations; • Adjustment and/or expansion works on existing installations.
