The contract consists of appointing an architect or an team of project authors responsiblea complete architectural mission including the study and control of the implementation of energy, health and safety renovation work on 402 housing units divided into lots as follows:
- Lot 1: 201 housing units
- Lot 4: 201 housing
The market is a market with firm installments and conditionsonnelle. It is divided as follows and this per batch:
• Firm slice
• Conditional slices
res are not an award criterion.
The overall amount of fees is fixed in the special specifications by tranche for each lot.
The adjudicator reserves the right to proceed with the repetition of similar services by means of negotiated procedure without prior publication, consistentin accordance with article 42, §1, 2 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. Rehearsals are also included in the special specifications.
