Gilly - Energy Renovation of the Gasometer School
The project consists of carrying out an energy renovation of the gasometer school in Gilly. Lot 1 - Open procedure - concerns external joinery to be dismantled and replaced with aluminum frames. The zinc cover will be deposited and replaced by an insulator + waterproofing complex. The chimney will be rejected. Students will be moved to modular pavilions during the work, provided by the company. Reservation of Lot 2 - Procedure negotiated without prior publication - consists in the delivery of interior berry towers into painting. Pursuant to article 87 of the [law 2016-06-17], within the framework of this market, the adjudicator intends to pursue a policy of social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged persons.
