- The assignment includes setting up an existing cascor room to secure bicycle parking. This cascor room to be set up is located on building layer -1 of the existing parking building Gent-Sint-Pieters, along the Esplanade Oscar van de Voorde, between the existing bicycle shed and the car parking. The space partly belongs to the existing VAC office building (Flemish Administrative Center), and partly to a building development of the "A3" project development above the parking building. The assignment mainly consists of: • Demolition works • Construction works: fire -resistant exterior joinery, masonry, chapeworks, fire -resistant seals, painting • Technical equipment: electrical installations, data cable works, fire detection, extinguishing agents, access control The subject of the assignment will be further in this special specifications and in the other order documents described.
