Description:
Lot 1: This batch concerns a series of interior and exterior development work. At the inside, there is in particular the repair and the refreshment of several premises (coating, paintings, etc.) the creation of a toilet intended for people with reduced mobility as well as the closure of a staircase (which is currently open on the outside). In terms of external arrangements, we have the repair of an outdoor access path which is currently in a dilapidated state and the creation of ramps to facilitate the access of PMRs to buildings. Finally, this batch also includes concrete repair in various places in the facades of the establishment. Lot 2: This lot includes various compartmentalization works, mainly the placement of partitions and doors to improve fire safety in the various parts of the establishment and more particularly at the stair cages. Lot 3: This is the renewal of the floor covering of the Great Hall of the Hall of Sports.
