Description:
Since June 1, 2011, the City of Bruges has used municipal administrative sanctions, in particular administrative fines, to enforce a number of regulations and ordinances. GAS 123 is currently being used in Bruges. In 2022 there were 760 files. In 2023 there will be 1,162files handled. The intention is to also apply GAS 4 in the first half of 2024, specifically the infringements regarding traffic sign C3 (traffic-free and car-free zone) determined by ANPR cameras. The procedure for imposing a municipal administrative sanction has been regulatedd in the GAS Act of 24 June 2013 (as of 02/02/2024). The city of Bruges wishes to use a software package for all GAS violations in which the files are handled in a user-friendly manner. This assignment also includes: • digitally signing the documents by thedeterminers and sanctioning officials; • the ability to quickly request data/statistics/reports; • smoothly integrate new regulations that use GAS; • connection with E-box or email (if known); • possibility to send correspondence with an external partner.
