In the context of the WATT project (Working Apart Together as a Team), we will reset the Havenhuis Antwerp and the Pierre Vandammehuis Zeebrugge again. This redesign includes: • Various interior work that must be carried out in phases while the Havenhuis Antwerp remains operational. These works include, among other things (but non-relieved) and this over the entire building: o Demolition works o plasterboard and plaster works o floor structure and floor finish o interior doors o interior joinery; Custom work o Wall finishes o Paintings o Loose furniture o Interior planting • Various interior work that must be carried out in phases within the Pierre Vandammehuis in Zeebrugge.
