Description:
Ghent University will rent the fifth floor of the newly realized Daikin - building on campus Ardoyen in Zwijnaarde. A number of researchers will establish their offices there. This floor has currently been decorated by Daikin as a landscape office without a finished floor finish. TheGovernment contract aims at the design of this floor as a generic office furnishing, consisting of open workplaces for 50 people, a limited number of smaller offices, meeting rooms, a pop room, kitchenette and coffee corner and supporting spaces. Are sanitary roomsalready provided. The assignment mainly concerns the installation of system walls / doors, kitchenette and coffee corner and adjustments to the system ceilings. The adjustment works on the electricity and HVAC installation are not part of this assignment. This assignment can be repeated forSimilar assignments, in particular the "ai hub" building to be realized on the same campus.
