Description:
The assignment includes furnishing the new VRT building in Brussels. The spaces to be furnished are part of the public zones, the representative areas, the office floors and the production areas. This assignment consists of 3 lots: • Design & realization • Furnishing • Operation The implementation design and coordination of the realization will start immediately after the award. The aim of this assignment is to furnish the new building in a timely manner within the set framework in order to achieve the desired result in a timely manner. The facility itself will be included in a 2nd plot. The The contractor offers solutions based on designs and style guides of building blocks to achieve a total design. This is in accordance with the described functionalities and materialization. The products that will actually be ordered will also be delivered and set up ready for use. From this framework contract can be purchased during the entire term for the realization of (re)designs in the new building or at other VRT locations. In the context of further exploitation, this framework contract also includes asset management, design and maintenance. Preference to work with 1 party. The contractor who can complete all lots will receive a higher score.
