Framework work market aimed at the maintenance of roofs of certain regional properties of Wallonia for a period of 4 years: Lot 1-Provinces of Liege and Luxembourg and Lot 2-Provinces of Hainaut, Walloon Brabant and Namur
The Walloon Heritage Agency wishes to pass, forA period of 4 years, a framework of framework type work, in accordance with articles 2, 35 and 43 of the law of June 17, 2016, (open procedure), the purpose of which is to periodically carry out control or maintenance or maintenance interventions, if necessary, with a view toPreserve the roofs of several regional properties whose management is entrusted to it. In view of the geographic location of the various goods concerned, the market is split into two distinct geographic lots: • Lot 1 for the services to be provided on the goods located in the provinces ofLiege and Luxembourg; • Lot 2 for the services to be provided in the province of Hainaut, Brabant Wallon and Namur. In view of the nature of the services to be performed (periodic visits on the one hand and conservatory interventions on the other), the inventory stations are divided into 3 componentsDifferent: • component A: concerns all periodic visits and current maintenance operations to be carried out on each of the goods each year after the winter period; • Bite B: concerns a series of positions relating to current interventions that can be operated in theframework of conservatory measures or maintenance in order to ensure the proper preservation of goods; CONSEA C: These are specific work involved in the first year. These are not any work that requires administrative procedures specific to the restoration of goodsclassified.
