Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to designate a service provider, responsible for providing a service enabling: • On the one hand, the implementation and deployment of an Open Data platform (sharing of open data) of the SaaS type - Software-as-a-Service; • On the other hand, to ensure monitoring, support (if necessary through training), and technical support throughout the execution of this contract. Concretely, the bidder is asked to propose a content management platform Open Data for which it will ensure hosting, maintenance, developments and technical support. This platform must offer, in a non-exhaustive manner, a certain number of functionalities considered imperative in order to serve the uses research.
